All Sales Are Final

All purchases on HumanizeThisAI are final and non-refundable.

Due to the digital and immediately-consumable nature of our service, all sales are final. When you subscribe to a paid plan, you receive immediate access to word credits and premium features. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge this and expressly waive any right to a refund, cooling-off period, or right of withdrawal to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

This applies to all subscription fees, word credits, plan upgrades, plan downgrades, and promotional purchases.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will retain access to your remaining word credits until the billing period ends
  • No refund will be issued for the current or any prior billing period
  • Unused word credits are forfeited at the end of the billing period
  • Your account will revert to the free tier

Word Credits

Word credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and have no cash value. Credits do not roll over between billing periods. Unused credits are forfeited upon cancellation or termination. Credits cannot be sold, exchanged, bartered, or converted to currency.

Before Filing a Payment Dispute

If you have a billing concern, please contact us at support@humanizethisai.com before filing any chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider. We respond to all support inquiries and will work to resolve legitimate billing issues.

We require a minimum of 14 days to investigate and respond to billing concerns before any formal dispute is filed.

Chargeback and Dispute Consequences

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us will result in:

  • Immediate suspension of your account
  • Permanent forfeiture of all word credits
  • Possible permanent termination of your account
  • We may pursue recovery of amounts owed, including dispute-related costs and fees
  • Reporting to fraud prevention services where applicable

Filing a chargeback for services that were delivered as described is a breach of our Terms of Service.

Billing Errors

If you were charged in error — such as a duplicate charge or a charge for a service not rendered due to a confirmed system failure — we will investigate and issue an account credit or billing adjustment. Contact support@humanizethisai.com with your transaction details within 30 days of the charge.
